PROJECT INFORMATION

A historic, Class A office tower in Midtown Manhattan, 1790 Broadway (5 Columbus Circle) sits at the southeast corner of Broadway and West 58th Street, just one block south of Columbus Circle and adjacent to Central Park. The building was landmarked by the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission in 2000. 1st and 2nd floors are occupied by Nordstrom Dept. store.
